A vulnerability was discovered in PowerDNS Authoritative server
("pdns"), which may result in denial of service (increased memory and
CPU usage) when processing a specially crafted DNS packet.

For the stable distribution (trixie), this problem has been fixed in
version 4.9.17-0+deb13u1.

We recommend that you upgrade your pdns packages.
