Confirmado.
El problema, es de Wayland, no es de mis configuraciones.
Ha habido alguna actualización que jorobó todo, muy probablemente con la 
arquitectura de mi equipo.

Apliqué la solución a lo MicroSoft: Reinstalé TODO el sistema operativo 
nuevamente, con usuario "en limpio".

Y KDE Plasma Wayland sigue estrellándose.

Vuelvo a X11.
