After latest upgrades:

Gave up waiting for suspend/resume device
Gave up waiting for root file system device. Common problems:
...

ALERT! UUID=c92b... does not exist.
Dropping to a shell.

Devices /dev/sda, /dev/sda{1,2,3} do not exist.

Affected are (at least):
- Kernel 4.19.0-1-amd64
- Kernel 4.18.0-3-amd64

and older. Neccessary drivers/modules are loaded. Devices do not seem to
be created at the time the booting system awaits them. Any idea how to
solv this issue? At the time being none of fife systems boot into a
working multiuser environment any more. All hang at the very same point!
