upgrade debian buster to bullseye extrem login for every user

Hello togheter,

today I upgrade debian-buster to debian-bullseye.

every login from login level 2-4 takes very long.

Doesn't matter which user i choice: root ... user
gdm startup also and login afterwards.

- login failure from console is quick
- first message come up after 50-60 seconds
- last login message drop
- another 25 seconds till come in.

log files doesn't give me any kind of usefull information (pam etc).

any idea?
