Bug#996205: bulls-eye upgrade exfat problem

It turned out, that some devices have USB-problems, when you connect 
them to the upgraded notebook. Particularly with GNOME and KDE Desktops, 
so in this regard Cinnamon seems better, see screenshot.

But still there are some troubles:

You can either install exfat-utils or exfat-progs and some devices will 
not work, as before the upgrade.
