  Just freeswitch - not an issue

- Did any packages fail to upgrade?

Only rkhunter.. had a problem 

- Were there any problems with the system after upgrading?

Yes

Further Comments/Problems:

- samba broke - looks like support for a simple workgroup share is now gone - wish there had been some warning.
