Bug#1063375: upgrade-reports: Update 2/5/2024 caused ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE in any browser for some sites, e.g. jw.org

Upgrade date: 2/5/2024

I don't know

- Was the system pre-update a 'pure' system only containing packages
  from the previous release? If not, which packages were not from that
  release?
I don't know

- Did any packages fail to upgrade?
No

- Were there any problems with the system after upgrading?
Apparently not

Further Comments/Problems:
"Initially it was a minor update on February 5, 2024 that caused me to not be
able to access several internet sites that I previously accessed without
problem, such as "jw.org" (there are some that I can access, such as
google.com) and using different browsers (Chrome and Firefox for example),
although I can access those same sites from Android or Windows devices on the
same local network. I thought that if I updated to the next major version
(Debian 12) I would reinstall everything new and that perhaps the error was not
in that version, but unfortunately the problem persists."


Please attach the output of "COLUMNS=200 dpkg -l" (or "env COLUMNS ...",
depending on your shell) from before and after the upgrade so that we
know what packages were installed on your system.
