Usb Hdd bağlama sorunu

Merhaba.
Debian Wheezy'i flash bellek ile sisteme kurdum. Fakat NTFS biçimli harici diski sisteme root kullanıcısı dışında bağlayamıyorum. DVD ve CD'leri de açamıyorum (DVD sürücüm arızalı olabilir). Daha öncede böyle bir problemle karşılaşmıştım. Sistemi DVD'den kurunca sorun kalkmıştı. Hariciyi root olarak bir kez bağladığımda normal kullanıcı ile erişim sağlayabiliyorum. Fakat bu seferde "Aygıt bildirici" ile sistemden ayıramıyorum. Bu sorunu nasıl çözebilirim?
