Well said. JavaScript is a language, and just like other languages, you can communicate in a way many can understand you..or talk gibberish. I have visited even in L Y N X , sites that because the JavaScript works well from the keyboard, buttons can be submitted. That requirement is a part of web access content guidelines. However, if a developer uses proprietary JavaScript say that provided by google, then problems happen.
