I think Geoff has a point. Your error message says:

  libavcodec: build version 62.28.102 incompatible with runtime version 62.28.100

so your dependencies are somehow askew; dmo can be one of the causes for
that in this context. What happens when you say

  apt show libavcodec59

(first make sure this is the right package name: that's on my box, and I
haven't the newest distro. For example "apt-file search libavcodec")
