To be clear: are you going to "rip" the audio from the CD and convert
it to MP3 or Ogg Vorbis or Opus or something?  Or are you going to
listen to the CD directly via the drive's audio output?

If you want to rip the audio to files, "abcde" is a terminal-based
front-end that does this.  It will be dependent on someone already
having entered the titles into whichever DB you use.  Otherwise,
you have the option to edit the titles yourself.

I'm sure there are lots of other ripping front-ends with CDDB support
as well.
