* Was the program produced ethically?

* Was the program produced legally?

* How much did developing the program cost the world in
resources?

* Is there a responsible human who knows the code, can answer
questions about it, and owns the copyright and can thus make
decisions about whether Debian can incorporate it?

doing are not contributors, any more than people who
"participate" in conversations by pasting responses from LLMs
are "participating".
