Oops, a little typo in the CVS access instructions:
Just in case someone wants explicit instructions for
making a "diald-1.01" with the patches I posted, they should be:

cvs -d:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/diald login
(just press return when the CVS password is asked for)
then:

cvs -d:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/diald \
co -r DIALD1_0 diald (all on one line)

then unzip the patches with bzip2:
bzip2 -d diald-1.01-*.patch.bz2

Then apply them:
cd diald
patch -p1 < (path to patches)/diald-1.01-tundoc.patch
patch -p1 < (path to patches)/diald-1.01-utils.patch
patch -p1 < (path to patches)/diald-1.01-void.patch

since the tundoc and utils patch both patch config.h.in, there is a message
about a small "fuzz" in applying the patch. It's not a problem.
