Not at all, I think. Doesn't integrate with /anything./ But the author
of the ROX Desktop is very approachable and a connector of some kind
for it to recognise & handle Gobo app-directories would be relatively
easy, I think.

Have a look at Bodhi Linux, then. It is an interesting environment but
personally I find it vastly over-ornamented and thus tiring on the
eyes.
