We did ship a beta snapshot of GoboLinux 015 with KDE4. For your
convenience I have uploaded the KDE-4 binary packages that were present on
that snapshot to the following URL:
http://gobolinux.org/packages/015/

You will need to download the following files and invoke 'InstallPackage'
on them:

I have not created recipes for KDE packages other than these. The recipes
for the packages listed above are already on the recipe store, as Fabio
Mierlo pointed out in his reply too.
