There's no xorg.conf anymore. X dynamically guesses the hardware and determines the best settings.. although it is still possible to use a xorg.conf file. Zhain, do you have a parallel Linux distribution installed on another partition? If you do, is there a file named /etc/X11/xorg.conf on that partition? On a side question, were you able to launch the graphical user interface from the LiveCD? Thanks!
