I nowadays just get the binary RPM from Oracle's website, uncompress it with rpm2cpio + cpio, move the contents to /Programs and SymlinkProgram it. I never cared to automate the process, but it should be doable. A while back I wrote a recipe to build the HotSpot JVM from the sources, but I doubt the recipe is up to date with that package's current build system.
