I created a new virtualbox machine with default settings and only
changed your two settings.

I still get the error message :(

My host machine is a 64bit gentoo and my entire virtualbox machine
settings are:
	Linux 2.6 / 3.x (32bit)
	RAM 256MB
	Chip PIIX3
	IO-APIC enabled
	1 CPU
	PAE/NX enabled
	VT-x/AMD-V enabled
	Nested Paging enabled
	Graphic RAM 13MB
	GoboLinux as Controller IDE 
		Typ PIIX3
		Host I/O enabled
		Secondary Master
	Network Intel PRO/1000MT

	Virtualbox version 4.3.18_Gentoo r96516

Other CD-ISOs are booting fine.
