There is a bug with Compile. Please do SymlinkProgram GCC (previous working version numbering). Then RemoveProgram (the one you compiled). Now, before running Compile, do DisableProgram GCC (previous versions numbering). Then run Compile again. Check inside the installation folder in Programs. If you are installing for example Foo 1.2, and inside it, the is a folder numbered 1.1, its bad. Folders inside that 1.1 would have to be moved out one step.
