Okay, taking Michael's advice, I ran SymlinkProgram again.
Significantly, this runs ldconfig.

I see that some Ncurses symlinks conflicts with NcursesW.
No idea which should have priority.

After doing that, "reset linux" doesn't generate
an error. 

However, the display still isn't right, whether
for "reset ansi", "reset vt100", etc.
