Building with waf

Hi,

I'd like to get Ecasound compiled, so fooling around
with the prerequisites.

I tried building the LV2 plugin sources. MakeRecipe
accurately detected the build system is Python, but
expect the build script to be named "build". In this
case it is "waf".

I've poked around in the recipe format, however didn't 
find any obvious way to specify that.

Any ideas?
