Vector vs raster drawing in graphics libraries

Hi there, everyone! Again, I have to ask for your knowledge,  does
anyone know something in Vector vs raster drawing? I'm not asking what
are they, but if vector graphics drawing libraries are worth the pain,
also if you could provide some numbers on performance perfect.

Aside from that, which toolkits use vector rendering? (The only one I
know is GTK3), do you know if evas uses vector rendering?
