GoboLinux Kernel Compatibility

Hi, I have just a question.

GoboLinux is based on GoboHide, a plugin for Linux kernel.

But if we neglect the 32 and 64 bit for file tree, what about compatibility?

If Hisham releases a 64-bits GoboLinux based on Linux Kernel 3.19, will be be able to compile the 4.2 version?

Or will the kernel version be dependant of GL version?
