I've been communicating with some of the other devs and the bootstrap process should be kicked in very soon. Please note that this time we'll not focus on having a polished desktop environment. That task alone can take more than 90% of the overall time dedicated to releasing a new version, and it's by far the least interesting part for us (who are more interested in debuting novel ideas rather than shipping an ISO with a feature-complete desktop).
