The thing is, we were shipping the distro with Qt4, and packing Qt3 (and
friends) just for the sake of Manager would have quite an impact in the
final size of the ISO. As release manager of 015, I chose to leave it out
of the distro.

Of course, you can install it if you want on 015; just make sure to install
its dependencies and you are fine.
