Enlightenment 0.21.0

I made the recipe for this one, and it compiles fine, but after
reboot, it fails to load all the Enlightenment modules, so we end up
with a bad working environment.

Also, when doing a SymlinkProgram to go back to the previous version
(the one that was working before the Compile Enlightenment 0.21.0), it
looses all the previous settings, and starts as if it was a new
instalation, asking for language settings, keyboard, composer, etc.
