Our wiki is back!

Greetings!

It's been a while since our Knowledge Base has been shut down due to
massive spam. We took a dump of the wiki SQL database at the time, but
for a number of reasons we never really looked into migrating it to
another platform.

This weekend the subject has been raised once again and I decided to
take a look at that SQL dump. After a few hours, I had it converted to
XML and learned enough about the relationship between its tables to
recreate the wiki. The vast majority of the spammed pages were
filtered out. The remaining pages were grouped into categories and
saved as separate .mediawiki files. The resulting set of files and
directories were imported into Github and voilà: the wiki is back!:

There are still some minor formatting issues to fix, but the
conversion looks fine otherwise. Some obvious things that I have
noticed:
- #REDIRECT does not seem to work
- The platform seems to be case insensitive when interpreting file
names. This can be observed when opening e.g.,
Recipe_format_specification and Recipe_Format_Specification
- Pages whose content is too large are not rendered by Github
- The front page needs to be recreated from one of the restored .mediawiki files
