Michael, many thanks for having looked at the
redirect/case-insensitive issue. I have replicated your fix to the
remaining files. I've also identified the original front page file
(which became a sidebar), and now we have a working wiki again.

Folks, please feel free to make changes to the wiki. Let me know if
you need access to the project or if you need any help to get started.
