Creating boot media on Windows: use Rufus in DD mode

Hi,

It's me who asked on IRC about UNetBootin and boot problems with the 
latest Gobo release on Thinkpad T430. As an update, I've managed to 
create a working live Gobo USB on Windows using Rufus 
(https://rufus.akeo.ie/) in DD mode. I think it's worth mentioning in 
the Wiki if there ever is going to be a page on creating boot media there.
