Thanks for your initiative, Wilson.

For those of you wondering how to enable InstallPackage to automatically
fetch packages from the community repository:

1) Edit /System/Settings/Scripts/GetAvailable.conf and modify
"contribPackagesLists" so it reads like this:
    contribPackagesLists=(
       'http://community.gobolinux.org/packages/contrib/MANIFEST.bz2'
    )

2) Type "GetAvailable --types=all --force-update" to update the available
packages cache.

3) Use "InstallPackage --use-contrib <packagename>" to install any package
hosted by the community repos.
