Removing some targets

Hi list.

I think we can remove the following targets:
- desktop
  superseded by crystal
- dietlibc
  unmaintained and AFAICS royally broken

Targets I'm not sure about
- server
  desktop with different package selection
no change for almost 2 years
- router
Miguel? What's up with this one?
- epiam
Andreas? Seems this was last done with 2.4.24. What the state on this?

The reason I think we can/should do this is to unclutter the target selection
a bit and remove stuff that is obviously broken.

RFC

Greetings,
	blindy
