trunk changes

Hi,

I've now done some changes in trunk and hope I didn't break anything..

* applied the hotfixes I've created this week
* got rid of the 'rene' and 'jsaw' repositories
* removed 'desktop', 'dietlibc' and 'server' target
* flattened the build order priorities
* added scripts/Create-DepList, removed showdeps.sh
* other smaller fixes

as said, I hope this didn't break anything. I did my best to test all that
and will start another reference build now..

because I've massively moved directories it is possible that an 'sm sync'
will screw up you submaster working copies. if you encounter any strange
behavior with your submaster tree, I'd suggest recreating it using 'sm
recreate' (after moving stuff like download/ to a safe location).

in a reference build without stage 9 there should only be the following 8
build errors left. I plan to fix them this weekend and then have a closer
look at the stage 9 specific errors...

--snip--

Package:
misc/joystick

Problem:
The package contains horribly outdated kernel modules and some small tools.
Both fail to build. The kernel modules shouldn't be built anyways. The tools
fail because the kernel headers have changed since the tools have been written.

Proposed Solution:
Maybe simply removing the package. If someone feels like fixing the tools,
disabling the kernel modules would be fine too.

----

Package:
stf/gatos-ati-remote

Problem:
ati_remote26.c: In function `ati_remote_probe':
ati_remote26.c:382: error: structure has no member named `act_altsetting'

Proposed Solution:
none yet (still need to have a deeper look at the issue).

----

Package:
base/lvm

Problem:
The typical nightmare with the kernel headers.

Proposed Solution:
Someone has to write a hotfix..

----

Package:
import/cpan-html-entities

Problem:
Shared file (HTML/Parser/.packlist) with cpan-html-parser.

Proposed Solution:
none yet (still need to have a deeper look at the issue).

----

Package:
kasc/xarchon

Problem:
Classic compile errors - maybe some C++ magic..

Proposed Solution:
Debug the code and write a hotfix, mabe update to dev release (0.60)?

----

Package:
avm/btsco

Problem:
lib/modules/<version>/source doesn't point to /usr/src/...

Proposed Solution:
I'm pretty sure that we used to fix this symlink so it points to /usr/src/...
What happened to this code? I'll have a look..

----

Package:
avm/tpctl

Problem:
The package tries to use a /usr/src/linux-2.6.10-rock/arch/Linux/Makefile file.
(Which does not exist, for sure.)

Proposed Solution:
This looks like a miss-used 'uname' at the first glimpse. If so, the fix should
be rather trivial.

----

Package:
avm/xfce4

Problem:
The sub-package 'libxfcegui4' is looking for the previously built sub-package
'libxfce4util' but can't find it. As far as I can see, that package never built
in a reference build. Looks like it worked on the package mainters system only
because of liggering old files..

Proposed Solution:
none yet (still need to have a deeper look at the issue).
