changed cksums

Hi,

there are currently three patches in submaster which change the download
checksum of a file:

	2005012712270519119 2005012712272219389 2005012712272419426

we had this issue already a couple of times - but it looks like it actually
it needs to bring it up again. so...

1. we don't support the original URLs. use our mirrors and everything is
fine. if files are missing on our mirrors - tell it me and I will fix it.
There mirrors are always some time behind the updates in trunk. That is the
only reason why the scripts are trying the original location if the mirror
doesn't have the requested file.

2. if there is any reason for updating to the new version of the file.
simply changing the cksum is a no-do. noone who has the old version would
download the new file - the Download script would simply see that the file
is already there and be happy about it. So, if there is a reason to update,
it is mandatory to also change the filename - or the change would do much
harm (some people having the old version and others the new -> builds and
build errors aren't reproduceably anywore).

because of this reasons I'm going to reject the three patches mentioned
above now.
