modutils should be built after module-init-tools and apply the
patch use_old_postfix.diff if module-init-tools has been built (see
modutils.conf). as far as i can see from the log file, this patch has not
been applied. Please investigate the problem in more detail (why did the
check in modutils.conf fail?)..

In my last ref build I did not see this problem.
