JavaTM again

I've jadded a package description for the j2sdk from Sun, version 1.5.0.3.
The download file is marked as NODIST and as NOAUTO. NODIST means the file 
will be placed in /download/nodist so it doesn't eventually end up on the 
ROCK download mirrors. NOAUTO tells the user to download the file manually 
(scripts/Download will issue a note for such files). This is because there's 
no static download location.

This does not prevent someone to distribute binary packages which afaik 
violates the JDK software license. Maybe scripts/Download should output a 
note for users to check the licenses before they install or distribute 
downloaded software.
