removed captcha from ROCKDoc again

Hi list.

I removed the captcha from ROCKDoc again for the following reason:
- - Spammers are manually spamming and/or use some semi-automatic mechanism
- - Spammers still run face-first into the (now working) blacklist
- - Thus the captcha only added another unnecessary layer of inconvenience
