"linux26-header" is a fork of the "linux" package and is created after
target/crystal/config.in has been processed. Without the code in
postconfig.in it would have the wrong priorities.

The crystal ISOs do only contain the core packages. All other packages can
be installed from network repositories using 'rocket'.

The split between stage 5 and stage 9 is there to make sure that all
packages on the ISOs are functional without the need to install extra
packages from a network server.
