Web-based version checker - preview

Hi,

I've started to write a web based replacement for the Check-PkgVersion
script today. It can be found at:

	http://www.rocklinux.net/checkver/

Note that you need a browser with JavaScript and DOM support for it (only
tested with konqueror right now).

The page also has a link for downloading the sources (a wild mix of Bash,
SPL and Perl) and the current state files.

The idea is that this application monitors the download locations for the
package sources and create a diff if anything changes in the original
download locations.

This diff can then be viewed on the webpage. Authenticated users with the
sufficient priveligdes can acknowlegde this changes (e.g. when an update
has been commited to submaster). After an acknowlegdement the entry
disapares from the checkver webpage (until another change happens on the
original download location).

Right now I am the only person who has a password for acknowlegding stuff
on the page and the "clifford" and "base" repositories are the only once
monitored. I will add more repositories and give away accounts to others
later (when the thing reaches a more stable state).
