That's already being implemented.
By giving '-SM' in the first line patches are not committed to SubMaster but
are committed to the subversion repository. I've already merged several
patches this way and will continue doing so.
As of now, the rock-community tree actually contains all SubMaster patches
(unless I've missed one, in which case feel free to throw foul eggs at me :)
