Cluster: build orders

Hi all

Cluster build, for p3, on p3, generic target.
OK, back on track, some things I noticed:

cairo was not being built at all, though it was it this list of things 
to build and had an 'X'.

This caused pango to build w/o cairo support, though I did not find this 
out until later.

It also caused gtk+ to fail, which in turn caused a lot of things to fail.

So I hand built cairo using Build-Pkg.

Then gtk+ would still not build as it needed pango w/ cairo support.
So rebuilt pango.
Then gtk+ finally built.

I expect that many other things will now build.
