Hi all, if you want to build a usable LiveCD from current trunk revision, you'll need a few additional patches from SubMaster: smap 2006022108000419325 smap 2006030200523408098 smap 2006031219303102828 You will also need: smap 2006012023404320917 smap 2006012023411220970 smap 2006021616223426292 smap 2006022113024129656 smap 2006030813403902049 smap 2006030814552216575 to allow users to do su. With these patches you should be able to build a complete LiveCD which can boot 1st and 2nd stage (the live system), and (as root) start a KDE with 'startx'. My latest patch (2006031219303102828) could still use some cleanups and minor adaptions for the LiveCD, so if you want to play around with it, I'd be happy to hear about your findings. :) With best regards, Stefan Fiedler
