[1] Building base/glibc=glibc23

hi,

in a crystal build i get strange lockups in stage1 while Building
base/glibc=glibc23.

if i kill the latter (the ld.so/localedef process) - then the next locate will be
processed.

the first locking was at XXX. after killing it went on up to YYY.
sometimes killing ld.so moves forward one locale only. sometimes a
locale does not lock at all.

the process does no library or system calls (ltrace, strace).

kernel is 2.6.15.4-rock #1 PREEMPT (built with boot target).

i dont like having to kill ld.so - we need some resolution here.
can it be some problem in my build system?
(i built boot+bbs targets fine.)
