apply_me journal and feature branch request

Hi list.

I've tested the current apply_me journal and added two hotfixes for it:

		hotfix for etcnet
	https://www.rocklinux.net/submaster/?mode=patch&uid=2006102812533256260
		udev config file syntax changed, adjust our rules

Please apply these patches.

I'd also like to request a feature branch:

	installer

I want to start work on a new installer. While I'm working on that, someone
please take over regular builds to test and hotfix patches in Submaster.
