Hi there, sorry for the late reply. Stage 0 is generally for the cross-compile tool chain, and with this patch I'm trying to build a cross-compiling pkgconfig. For native builds it has the advantage that the pkgconfig version that comes with ROCK Linux is used in stages 1 and 2. Anyway this is still WIP and I'll probably get to finish it sometime next month.
