$ ./scripts/Config

[*]    Show expert-only and experimental options
[*]    Custom package selection
===>   Edit package selection rules

...

As of the dependencies, check the .cache files. Most
of the stuff listed there is actually optional, not
required; if you want the bare minimum of depends,
you'll have to find it yourself.
