[rock-user] [Security-Advisory] gnupg

The package gnupg has been updated to version 1.4.2.2. There were security
problems found in earlier versions of this package with verifying
signatures. For the details of these issues please read:

original verfication bug is described, and
http://lists.gnupg.org/pipermail/gnupg-announce/2006q1/000211.html where a
bug in the fix is described.
Both fixes are in the version which is in trunk now. So if you are currently
building distributions which ship  the gnupg package, please update this
package in your tree.
