[rock-user] Spam Counter-Measures in ROCK Wiki

Hi all,

due to annoying amounts of spam in the ROCK wiki, its users are now required 
to provide and confirm their email adresses before they can edit any pages.
If you already have an account at rocklinux.org, you can do so in your 
preferences after logging in.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience and hope this helps to keep our wiki spam-free 
in the future.
