[rock-user] site: ROCK Plug

Hi all

On the site under 'Related Projects'->'ROCK Plug':

The source tarball link was broken. I played with the URL but could not 
find anything, so commented it out.  Is there are replacement link?


Both 'ROCK Plug' and 'ROCK-Plug' are used.  Which way should it be?
