I have the same problem,When I went to dell's web site they said the problem is a low battery on the scsi card, so I download the CLI program , but the when I try to issue the "CONTROLLER BATTERY_RECONDITION " command I says that the controller can't do software recondition. I also try doing a Ctrl+M but that only works on one of the PowerEdge1650 I have. It doesn't work on the either all have the same BIOS and firmware on the scsi card.

No, it will not. My systems were shipped after this warning and came
with the newest BIOS, and they exhibit this probem.
