Array does not rebuild

I have a problem with aacraid under linux redhat 8.0. 

Here are the logs:

I have created a RAID-1 array on two segate cheetach (34gb) scsci ULtra 320 
disks and installed RH 8.0. I have Adaptec 2120s controller with newest 
firmware version. After 5 days of work...one disk has failed...I have 
replaced it after few hour and the controller did not start to rebuild 
saying: aacraid: Mirror Failover Container 0 no failover assigned.
This is very important server...so if someone knows exactly what can I do to 
force controller to start rebuilding please let me know...I really need it.
